Initiative_Partner_BLOG_3.jpgMCN’s Olivia Carway (pictured centre with Initiative’s Judi van Omme and Luke O’Sullivan) has been named Initiative Perth’s Media Partner of the Year from 12 finalists in front of 110 people who attended the prize-giving event at the agency’s new Leederville offices.

Now in its fifth year, Initiative’s annual award recognises entrepreneurialism by media owners and their teams who help create and deliver unique media solutions for clients in a rapidly changing media-communications environment.

Carway was selected for the top award for her consistency and focus in delivering media ideas and solutions for Initiative and its clients, working single-handed towards the end of the year while a staff position waited to be filled.

Head of Initiative Perth, Luke O’Sullivan said that Carway was a most deserving winner of the Media Partner of the Year Award.

“This is not an ordinary awards program. The Media Partner program recognises the high value we place on our media-owner partnerships,” said O’Sullivan. “The collaboration, enthusiasm and effort that media-owner teams bring to the table are invaluable for our client relationships, so the Media Partner program is integral to our on-going development plans.”
