Oasis Ball: The Final Countdown

The wait is almost over – just a few more hours to the biggest industry party of the year! There will be some serious frocking-up happening this afternoon.

Here are a few last-minute reminders.

The Ball is at Burswood’s Grand Ballroom and starts at 6.30pm with pre-dinner drinks.

There are 3 reasons why you need to bring some cash:

1. Cocktails for a gold coin donation.

Vodkaand Gin cocktails will be served in the Ballroom for a gold coindonation – which makes them an incredibly cheap cocktail. Make sureyou bring a dollar or two for these.

2. The Raffle – Seven from Seven

Theraffle prize this year is 7 x $1,000 Harvey Norman vouchers, thanks toChannel Seven. Tickets are $20 each or 3 for $50 and will be on yourtable.

3. Cash Bar at the After-Party after 1.00am

TheAfter Party kicks off from around 11.30 and finishes at 3.00am. It’s acash-bar after 1.00am so you’ll need some money for that if you planto still be partying into the wee hours. The After-Party isn’t beingheld in the Ballroom – all will be revealed tonight.

There are some great media packages available in the Major Auction, plus a luxury holiday to Malaysia and a new Mazda2 Neo. This is the most important fund-raising part of the night so please bid up.

Remember,it’s all for charity – The Salvation Army’s Crossroads West program foryouth at risk. It’s a great cause run by some truly inspirational people who depend on our money to keepsome of their work going. Be generous.
