NOVA_DeepFryday_BLOG4.jpgThe people of Perth may need to pull out their stretchy pants with Nova’s Food Truck of Fun rolling into town and dishing out Chicken Treat’s latest offering, Crunchified Chicken.

Always on the lookout for ways to brighten their listeners’ day, Nova 93.7’s top rating Breakfast show have jumped on-board the food truck craze, with their smiling faces featuring across the vehicle.

The promotion kicked off last Friday with Nathan, Nat & Shaun broadcasting live from the Perth Cultural Centre for a very special edition of Deep Fryday, a show segment created by the team themselves.

The Food Truck of Fun will be popping up all over the metro area for the next 6 months, giving people a chance to try Crunchified Chicken for free, which is also available in Chicken Treat stores.

NOVA_DeepFryday_BLOG3.jpg“As a Western Australian brand the food truck takes Chicken Treat beyond our store walls, and partnering with Nova 93.7 means we can focus on providing locals a new taste experience while Nova drives engagement and traffic to our events” said Chicken Treat CEO, Mimma Battista.

The co-branded truck is the brain child of Nova 93.7’s CREATE team that delivers solutions for brands, designed to connect with their audience, wherever they are.

“Nathan, Nat and Shaun love food, so when Chicken Treat wanted to launch Crunchified Chicken, we knew something tasty was about to come together,” said Nova 93.7’s Head of CREATE, Siobhan Siegert. “Their brief to the Nova 93.7 CREATE Team was to launch Crunchified Chicken with a bang and encourage mass sampling. Nova’s Food Truck of Fun does exactly that.”

Siegert said the dynamic solution came from collaborating with Chicken Treat from the ground up to achieve a commercial campaign that seamlessly integrated the two brands.
