Nova 93.7 #1 in GfK Perth Radio Survey 4/2018
Nova 93.7 has once again gone to #1 in the fourth GfK Metro Radio Survey for 2018, released today.
Nova took top spot with a P10+ Share of 14.7%, ahead of mix 94.5 on 13.6%.
They were the only stations to record P10+ shares in double-figures.
hit92.9 went very close and was #3 with a 9.9% share, while 96FM continued its slow climb, up +0.6% to 8.6%.
6PR also recorded a gain of +0.6% to 8.7%, while 6IX dropped -0.4% to 5.1%.
Nova 93.7 also took top spot in Breakfast, with Nathan, Nat & Shaun recording the biggest rise of 2.1% to 14.8%, while mix94.5’s Clairsy, Matt & Kymba fell -1.5 to 12.5%.
6PR’s Steve Mills and Basil Zempilas were big movers, up +1.4% to an 11.1% share, the only other commercial station to record a double-figure Breakfast share.
At #4, hit92.9’s Heidi Xavier & Ryan dropped -0.3% to 9.3%, followed by 96FM’s Paul & Lise who rose +0.9% to 8.0%.
6IX’s Tim Gossage fell -0.8% to a 5.0% share.
Nathan, Nat & Shaun recorded the biggest Cume (369,000) followed by Clairsy, Matt & Kymba (276,000).
Nova recorded a Cumulative Audience of more than 600,000 for a second survey with 607,000 listeners P10+. mix94.5 recorded 537,000 and hit92.9 508,000 listeners.
Nova also recorded the highest Average Audience (P10+) of 32,000 with mix 94.5 on 30,000 and hit92.9 on 22,000.
Amongst commercial DAB+ digital stations, Nova Entertainment’s SmoothFM led the way with a Cumulative Audience of 43,000, followed by Southern Cross Austereo’s Old Skool Hits with 30,000.
