The new model combines the current sales representation of The Sunday Times/PerthNow and News Limited’s national digital network with the Newsnet WA team, to form one agency sales team for News Australia, WA.

From July, West Australian advertisers will have full access to all of News Limited’s suite of multi-platform brands including The Australian, The Daily Telegraph, Herald Sun, Vogue, Inside Out and The Advertiser through a single, newly created sales team.

In addition, the new team will be responsible for the management and execution of national campaigns in the WA market.

The new model evolves the News Australia representation to a broader model that provides focussed solutions for all agency clients based in WA, minimising multiple sales touch points, while giving WA customers greater senior representation across all of News Limited local and national brands.

“We are building one united News Australia sales team in Perth that allows local andnational advertisers to utilise the breadth of our national cross platform network, with the depth of local opportunities,” said Riach.”The new sales team model means we can now service local and national advertisers more efficiently, offering them more innovative multi-platform solutions and opportunities for their campaigns.”
