NEW STAFF AT 303

303 has made three new senior staff appointments. Neil Howlett, Group Business Director and DM Specialist; Holly Kemp, Creative Traffic Manager and Sam Kronja, Chief Financial Officer have all joined and will be based in the Perth office.

With over 13 years experience in relationship marketing, sales promotion and digital agencies in London and New Zealand, Howlett brings to 303 a broad range of client experience across many industry sectors for both consumer and B2B activity. Specialising in data driven communications whether it be integrated direct mail, experiential or digital communications, Neil has previously worked with blue chip clients across FMCG and alcohol brands, supermarket loyalty, insurance, and government including h2go Pure water, Woolworths, IAG, Vodafone, Royal Air Force, Pizza Hut and Sharp.

303 MD Alan Taylor said due to the growth of 303 they have recently added the brand new role of Creative Traffic Manager.

“Holly’s extensive experience in digital account management, account management, print production and studio management makes her the perfect fit for this central role.”

Kemp has worked as an account manager on a myriad of brands such as Converse Australia, Rosendorffs, Channel 10, Dome, Tourism WA, Blue Cow Cheese Company.

Sam Kronja, has also joined the 303 stable as Chief Financial Officer. With 10 years experience as a member of Executive Management and six years in the Private Education sector as a Finance Director, Kronja will be responsible for all aspects of financial management across 303’s Perth and Sydney based agencies, as well as taking an active lead in strategic direction and planning.
