New reward program from WA Billboards to acknowledge and thank their best media buyers

WAB_Team1_BLOG.jpgLocal outdoor company WA Billboards has launched a rewards program for Perth media agencies and media departments. WA Billboards Director, Steve Robinson, said the aim was to recognise the hard work of the people who put massive amounts of time and effort into pitches, briefs, planning and evaluations.

“Creatives seem to get a lot of recognition and accolades but media people not so much. WA Billboards receives great support from local media teams, so we wanted to acknowledge that and reward the people who do so much to support us.

“We want everyone to get involved because everyone plays an important part in the process,” said Robinson. “You don’t need to do anything extra; we just want to say thanks for the work you are already doing!”

Founded in 1991, WA Billboards is now the last privately owned, dedicated outdoor media company in Western Australia. It provides a broad range of outdoor media options including large format signage and standard billboards in both the Perth metropolitan area and across regional WA, from the south-west to the Kimberley. This includes extreme condition billboards that are built in-house to withstand cyclone prone areas.

In addition to standard outdoor media options, WA Billboards also holds the rights to several regional airport terminals including Karratha, Newman, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Onslow.

The company also offers transit media such as buses and taxis in some regional areas, under an arrangement with the WA Public Transport Authority.

“At WA Billboards, we are committed to giving our clients the very best service and delivering optimum outcomes for their campaigns,” said Sales and Marketing Manager, Olivia Roberts.

“We have a comprehensive range of inventory available, and operate in some unique locations. So call us and we’ll show you what we can do. And you too will be in the running for some extra kudos.”
