New projects and increasing work from long-term clients see Perceptive Marketing expand its team
An expanding roster of projects has seen Jacinta Balestra (near left) join brand consultancy Perceptive Marketing as a junior planner. Balestra is recent graduate in Marketing and Advertising from Curtin University, and has gained diverse work experience for Perth marketing agencies, including Meerkats and The Brand Agency.
Perceptive Marketing was founded in 2011 by former Marketforce and Meerkats Planner, Sandra Brewer (far left), and provides communications strategy advice to long term clients including Webb & Brown-Neaves and Chicken Treat, the latter in conjunction with creative agency SHEDcsc.
Perceptive Marketing is currently working with leading property and construction company Pindan, engaging senior consultant Larissa Somm to complete a large-scale market research and brand positioning project.With two other major brand projects approved in the Resources industry for business-to-business clients, Brewer said Balestra’s appointment was timely.

Balestra is an accomplished soccer player and competes in the Division 1 Women’s State League, making her a strong advocate for teamwork and being ‘quick on her feet’.She said she was attracted to the impressive accumulated knowledge and experience possessed by the Perceptive Marketing team, and the agency’s specialisation in reliable strategic planning.
