Neve, Amery and Marshall to Marketforce group

Marketforce has made three appointments in three new services as part of its group offering.

The agency has partnered with Debra Neve’s new media business. One of Perth’s most respected and well-known media agency figures, Neve (above left) departed Carat in August after seven years with the Dentsu Aegis Network agency. At Marketforce, her agency will operate as an affiliate of OMD WA and provide media planning and buying services. Neve’s experience in media planning and buying is without parallel in the Perth market, where she has established an unmatched reputation for client service and media relations. 

A new consultancy headed by Jon Amery will provide direct support to client marketing teams at developing new growth strategies. A former Chief Marketing Officer of telco Vocus, Amery was ranked one of Australia’s top ten CMOs in 2015 and 2016. Amery is an experienced, results-driven marketing leader with a diverse career spanning B2B and B2C senior marketing, commercial management, customer experience and operational roles. Earlier this year, he co-founded media trading startup MediaPinch. A key component of the new consultancy service is to assist clients maximise their marketing technology platforms and improve marketing ROI. 

Dixie Marshall has joined as Head of Flare in Perth. Flare BBDO is a global network content agency and video production company with offices around the world. Marshall was most recently head of Dentsu Aegis Network’s content agency The Story Lab in Perth. Her storytelling experience spans her successful careers in journalism, government communications and content marketing and will now be available to Marketforce clients in this high-growth part of the industry.
