#MeetTheMedia going ahead in Perth September 1st; Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide delayed

Australia’s largest media education and networking session #MeetTheMedia has been rescheduled for November in Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide due to growing number of COVID19 cases and uncertainty with the state borders. There was no other alternative but to put back the events due to take place in September to November.

Perth’s #MeetTheMedia will take place on September 1 at the Australian Institute of Management in Floreat with what Nic Hayes, Managing Director of Media Stable says, “Maybe the best line-up of media we have ever put together in the one room here in Perth”.

Attending the event is leading journalists and decision-makers across the radio, television, print and online mediums. This is the event that business owners and leaders of industry can’t afford to miss and with only a handful of tickets left it will be another SELL OUT.

The ultimate value an event like this brings to the communications world is that it is real, raw, and true. “The real victim of communications has been the loss of relationships between media and those looking to tell the story.” Says, Nic Hayes. #MeetTheMedia is an event while short and sweet helps those looking to tell a story or communicate their message the way the media needs and wants it.

#MeetTheMedia is a half day conference where media is quizzed and probed in panels looking to understand what makes them tick. What they are looking for in a story and how they bring the story to life. It is a program that both the media and business owners and industry leaders benefit from as both parties get to meet and engage with each other.

The media attending #MeetTheMedia on September 1st include:
Gareth Parker, Breakfast Host 6PR
Jenna Clarke, Triple M Breakfast and Deputy Editor The West Australian
Sean Cowan, Business News Editor
Syan Doherty, Seven News Journalist
Kim McDonald, Property and Senior Journalist, The West Australian
Saskia Loosjes. Executive Producer 5PM Nine News
Kirsty Sprigg, Seven News and West Live
Daniel Donnelly, Chief of Staff 10 News
Rachel Pupazzoni, Finance Reporter, ABC NEWS

With only a handful of tickets left jump on immediately but if you miss out it is worth getting on the Waiting List as there is inevitably a few seats that will be handed back.
