Meerkats threw a party recently at Alure in Burswood to say thanks to all their supplier buddies. Here are some of the photos we have managed to track down.

What an ugly bunch!
If it ever was a glamorous industry, this is proof that it really isn’t now. And y’know, that’s ok. God knows there’s more to life.

The supplier party is the barometer of an agency’s health. As it is a feel-good thing that does little to directly bring in new business or provide opportunity to kiss existing client ass, it tends to be the first thing to go when times get harder. All those unglamorous, ugly mugs necking the free booze and nibbles means things are probably going OK at Meerkat Towers this year. If your agency is not having one, or used to have one and now doesn’t, start worrying.
