Industry challenged to Run for a Reason

R4R_Agency Poster.jpgWho’s the fastest, fittest in Perth ad land? There’s no better event to test the theory than the HBF Run for a Reason on May 23.

There’s a 4.5km run, and a 14km run which takes you from the WACA, along Riverside Drive, onto the Mitchell Freeway and then the Graham Farmer Freeway, through the tunnel, onto Great Eastern Highway and over the Causeway. Participants finish by running onto the WACA ground. It’s a great course and a great challenge.

All you need to do is set up a team at www.hbfrun.com.au, register your runners and then let Gavin at Meerkats know (funnily enough the email address is gavin@meerkats.com.au). All agencies, media organisations, suppliers are welcome to test themselves.

The week after the event we’ll crown (as in name but give no prize to…) the fastest male and female runner in each distance, and the fastest agency in average time for each distance at a small soiree at the Subiaco Hotel. There’s also a charity element so we’ll also crown the agency that raises the most money (average per runner) along the way.

There’s bragging rights on the line so if you think you’re good enough, get involved.
