Leighton Properties’ Kings Square development among several new business wins for Rare
Building on their recent Department of Education contract win, Perth creative agency Rare has added to its client list with major wins in the construction and finance industries.
These include Leighton Property Group’s prestigious Kings Square development, which Rare will be handling all future marketing activities for, and BGC Development’s 480 Hay Street project, a long term contract that includes the development of a creative place brand which Rare will work closely on with Zebra Creative.
The West Perth agency has also just recently won a competitive pitch to work with a new loans business. Brand development is now underway and a launch campaign is being prepared. Rare Director Callum Mackenzie said they are also becoming the ‘go to’ agency in the not for profit space.
“We’re now handling design and marketing projects for new client Brightwater Care Group, as well as Anglicare WA, Silver Chain and St John Ambulance.”
This adds to the agency’s ongoing work with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), a relationship that looks set to grow having already completed a number of strategic projects, including a TV campaign in partnership with Rio Tinto, plus branding and digital work.
And after just completing a rebrand for new client the WACA, Rare is now working on a major wayfinding and signage project for the iconic ground in preparation for the upcoming Ashes series.
“This is a really busy time for the agency,” Mackenzie said. “We’re really excited by the new business that is coming in and we’re especially proud to be able to help WA’s Not for Profit businesses.”
Mackenzie said more new business wins were on the horizon.
