Kaye Guthrie Adonis joins Campaign Brief as ad manager replacing the wonderful Barbara Taylor, who retires to travel the world and socialise
Bitter/sweet times at Campaign Brief with our Western Australian advertising manager Barbara Taylor retiring to travel the world. We are lucky enough to be replacing her with a great friend of Campaign Brief – Kaye Guthrie Adonis.
Barbara (pictured on right) has had a long career at Campaign Brief, first joining the company in 1987 to move to Sydney and launch Campaign Brief’s very successful Australian and New Zealand edition. During the height of the recession Barbara and co-publisher Michael Lynch established and expanded the magazine into Australia’s leading voice on advertising creativity.
For the past 10 years Barbara has brilliantly filled the ad manager role on Campaign Brief WA and we are all going to miss her very much.
Aside for Campaign Brief Taylor’s previous media role included founding Girl About Town in London and Perth; she launched Metro for The Daily News and Style for Community Newspaper Group; she was also features manager at The Sunday Times for 7 years.
After moving to Perth from Scotland 6 years ago Kaye (pictured on left) has worked at several agencies and has helped out Campaign Brief in a freelance capacity over the past two years. She had 15 years agency experience in the Scottish advertising industry.
Kaye can be contacted on 9380 9044 or kaye@campaignbrief.com
