Internationally acclaimed digital strategist, Heather Albrecht returns to Perth July 28 & 29

Heather-Version-3_BLOG.jpgThe Communications Council brings back to Perth Heather Albrecht, Founder and Director of Digital Connections to deliver two days of digital professional development, Social Media and Social Influence Marketing and Digital Media Research, Planning, Buying and Measurement.

An engaging speaker, Heather will boldly demonstrate the fact that Social Influence Marketing is as important a marketing discipline as the traditional pillars of Brand and Direct Response Marketing. However unlike Brand and Direct Response Marketing, SIM is continuous (not just campaign based) and therefore requires content creation, community building and social media skills.

SIM is placing new demands not just on marketing organisations, but also across the enterprise as a whole. Delivering content and community and not just advertising requires a shift in company culture, resources, budgets, partners, and strategy.

Heather’s second workshop focuses on the eight-steps of digital display advertising, media research, planning, buying and measurement process. The broader context is the rapidly changing digital media buying landscape and the implications for publishers, media agencies, marketers and the future of media planning and buying in general.

Attend one or both workshops, but whatever you do book quickly as Heather’s previous workshops have been sell outs.
