Summit International Award recognition for PlusLife brand redesign by Jack in the box
Busselton-based Jack in the box has won a Summit International Bronze Award for its brand redesign of The Perth Bone and Tissue Bank into PlusLife.
The brand redesign was part of The Orange Seed Project’s 2012 Major Gift Recipient’s $50,000 marketing sponsorship package from Jack in the box. The Perth Bone and Tissue Bank, rebranded as PlusLife, also received $50,000 worth of advertising and a cash donation from The West Australian.
The Orange Seed Project is a joint initiative from Jack in the box and The West Australian, and has recognised nine finalists and one Major Gift Recipient each year in an effort to support WA’s Not for Profit sector. The Major Gift Recipient this year received over $115,000 of advertising and marketing sponsorship and cash donations.
Adjudicated by such luminaries as US agencies, Brandimages, 360i, Agency 59 and BBDO, the rebranding of Perth’s Bone and Tissue organisation to PlusLife was considered by the judges as of rich creative excellence, highly effective and scored as one of the very best.
Robinson said the Summit International Awards have established themselves as one of the premier arbiters of creative excellence in the world. Each year an international panel of judges from more than twenty countries view over 5000 creative entries.
“It’s satisfying to be recognised from an international perspective,” said Robinson. “We work hard at creating innovative design and we want to lead the way. Clients are looking for new ways to differentiate themselves and our team is dedicated to the production of creative excellence. The south-west has a number of high quality organisations who require dynamic ideas and creative initiatives tailored to meet strategic needs. Our business is geared toward high performance results. This award is a welcome acknowledgement of our direction.”
