Initiative appointed to take WA-based cyber safety company Family Zone to national market
After a competitive pitch, Initiative Media has been handed integrated communications duties to take Family Zone Cyber Safety to market nationally.
Family Zone is the brainchild of Tim Levy, the former executive of Kerry Stokes’ B Digital and founder of Vodafone’s Mo’s Mobiles retail channel.
The unique Family Zone platform brings together the best cyber experts, organisations and technologies into one easy-to-use system to protect families in the home and devices outside the home.
“We chose Initiative because of they have an integrated offering but also because the quickly they understood our challenges and opportunities and frankly because of the passion, openness and cleverness they presented at each stage,” said Levy.
Clive Bingwa, Managing Director of Initiative Media said: “As a parent with children who regularly use technology it was fantastic to discover a simple way to protect them online in the home, as well as outside the home. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Family Zone to bring more Australian households into the safe online Family Zone.”
Family Zone has recently appointed Danielle Olbromski (former RAC Roadside Marketing Manager), as National Marketing Manager, Charisse Whitehead (ex iiNet Digital Marketing) as Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager and Shane Latkovic (ex Bankwest Customer Experience) as Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
Family Zone had a successful listing on the ASX (Stock code: FZO) on August 29 and has a current market capitalisation of $18m.
