Industry friends farewell Network Ten’s Bettsy

Various close contacts and clients that Steve Betts had dealt with over his 11 years working at Network TEN gathered last Friday at The Cottesloe Beach Hotel to say goodbye. Bettsy stepped down as Network Ten’s WA Sales Director following a decision to move to Melbourne for family reasons. Paul Townsend has been promoted to replaced him.

Simon Martin – General Manager of Network TEN Perth said: “I would like to thank Steve for the tremendous job he has done during his time with TEN. We will definitely miss him around the station and I would like to wish him and his family all the best for the move to Melbourne. I would also like to congratulate Paul on his promotion to the Sales Director role – it is thoroughly deserved and I am sure he will do a fantastic job.”

Paul Townsend said: “Betsy will be missed at TEN. He was a great leader and a huge part of the team and I know he will continue to do bigger and better things in Melbourne with his family. An absolute champion and top bloke who has made my time here at TEN so much fun and set us all up here to succeed into the future.”
