About The Framework

The HR Coach Research Institute has prototyped, tested and developedcase studies for effective human resource strategies for the businesssector. Commencing specific human resource research projects in 2002,the HR Coach Research Institute was developed to evaluate current andemerging trends within people management practice.

Human Resource as a profession, has been widely accepted withincorporate and government environments to ensure equity, fairness andcompliance of people management strategies. For business without humanresource professional, it is unregulated and ill managed. To date, there has been no “standard” applied to people management strategiesoutside of legislation requirements by different government regulationsfor organisations.

The creation of the National Standard is the first step towardssustainable human resource strategies for organisations – irrespectiveof size. This standard provides a simple and flexible framework easilyadopted or implemented, without imposing an additional burden on theorganisation.

ChoiceOne would like to invite local WA businesses to attend thisseminar to enable them to devise their own strategy to manage HR intheir business.
