Seriously ill advised. Terrorists aren’t known for their sense of humour.
I don’t get it. And probably one of those topics that be best left alone.
is it really a good idea to associate your brand with Osama? The Veet ad’s that ran around the time when Obama was elected proclaiming “no more Bush” and even the Ikea ads around the ousting of Kevin Rudd were great! this however is not, seems reckless .
I guess they thought “what the hell”….
Very unwise – even for somewhere as remote as NZ

Shoulda been chuck in the bin laden with red texta….
Won’t ever buy this product their name is now tattooed on my brain. Great way to damage yr brand well done!
Lighten up all you boring, boring people. According to reports this ad was created within two hours of the news and it’s been tweeted all over the world. Hell’s advertising has always taken an irreverent approach.
Brilliant and it’ll only be extremists and ad men that won’t like it. I’d be more worried about the shameless US celebrations – that’ll wind ’em up for sure.
