Great work on getting this up guys it is a lovely idea. I hope it’s in the PADC’s- we need all the good work we can get to impress the judges and shine on the night.
Thanks Andrew. Sadly it didn’t make the timing for this year’s PADCs. We reckon it’s a good opening bid on next year’s though. Cheers, Adam
Poker News Australia merged with Bluff in the middle of August which means there is likely now only one Australian bi-monthly Poker magazine. You gotta be hoping the guys worked fast after the Caxtons to make that July 31st deadline.
Great work boys, nice to see some of the concepts from the WA Caxton comp seeing the light of day!
If I was the other agencies I would be concerned. Great idea.
jolly good, brilliant! bravo GC
SNAP!
that was the caxton winnrar for me.
Yep, I agree with Andrew, great effort getting it to run. It’s bloody good and deserves to do well.
First big test for this will be the CB Awards then?
I hope that this does well for the guys, but they need to get ready for the fact that a slap on the back might be the only reward they get for this from their agency. Talking to some of the more successful creatives around town suggests the days of getting ahead financially through winning awards seem long gone. Pity.
I agree with 6.37. Our budgets have been slashed for the awards over the past 12 months by 90%. And they will continue to be slashed for the next 12.
ALL IN!
8.37.
I think 6.37 was talking about the financial incentives that traditionally accompany awards success. But yes, if the budgets are being slashed there is even less opportunity for creatives to prove their value.
So awesome I’d have your babies
Looks like GC is making a comeback. Well done boys.
Looks like the little nugget has started its roll and is beginning to snowball. Well done boys. Enter it in everything over the next year. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. neither wil Adam and Lori.
