Finalists for Rare and 303 MullenLowe at national AGDA Awards to be announced tomorrow night
‘The Drawing Room’ by Rare is a finalist in the category of Identity at the Australian Graphic Design Association Awards being announced in Adelaide tomorrow night.
Created by Rare Design Director Enrico Bettesworth, The Drawing Room is a place for like-minded artists, doodlers and dreamers to get together on a fortnightly or monthly basis. It encourages learning and collaboration through the exchange of ideas and techniques.
The aim is to inspire each other and share the outcomes with the wider community. A tent form provides a visual metaphor, representing both a room and the most basic drawing instrument, a pencil, creating a whimsical image for an eclectic mix of individuals.
303 MullenLowe Perth’s re-brand for the Art Gallery of WA, a Silver winner at the recent PADC Awards, is a finalist in two categories: Corporate Identity – Logos; and Branding – Large Business.
