The decision to extend the term of UM’s contract was made by the Australian Government’s Department of Finance and Deregulation which manages the contract.

UM has held the master media contract since 2002. The extension of the contract means that UM will continue to partner with the Australian Government in media planning and buying into 2014.

Mat Baxter (pictured), CEO of UM Australia, said it was an honour to be awarded the extension of the contract. Says Baxter: “We will continue to perform at the highest levels and deliver superior outcomes in our tasks ahead for the Australian Government.”
