Bunbury’s Doug Slater took 22 lucky passengers from Australia andaround the world, who won one of the 11 journey legs, on a nine-weekodyssey around the entire State and its extraordinary destinations andattractions.
The epic journey commenced in Perth, making its way throughout theState, showcasing Western Australia’s extraordinary destinations alongthe way and culminating in a spectacular finale party in Broomeattended by more than 1,000 locals.
The amazing trip covered 13,650km and would have cost the normal punter a fare of $20,000.
From the Valley of the Giants in the south west to swimming with thegentle giants of the sea at Ningaloo Reef, every facet of thisincredible journey has been captured on film – creating some excitingnew content about the State and fascinating personal stories which willbe used to continue to convey the story and the ExperienceExtraordinary brand.
