Is Simon running the 2-day workshop below in Perth?http://www.tsumea.com/australasia/australia/news/101008/animation-masterclass-by-simon-allen-from-pixar-animation-studios
I’m not an animator, so these craft skills are less relevant to me, but snagging someone from Pixar to talk about storytelling or scripting a narrative for an hour or two would be great, and I reckon you’d get a much wider creative audience.
Thoughts?
Hi Ronnie,
Simon will be running a series of master classes similar to those mentioned in the link that you posted and yes they will be in Perth. They will be hosted by WAnimate and ScreenWest though not AIE. There may be future classes with specialists in story and script development so keep an eye on the WAnimate site. http://wanimate.org.au/tiki-index.php
