Encore screening for Mago Films ‘Australia’s Great War Horse’ 6pm tonight on ABCTV

Mago Films’ The Waler: Australia’s Great War Horse will be screened again tonight Friday, April 24 at 6pm on ABC television.
It tells the story of the 130,000 Australian horses that were engaged in World War 1, nearly 30,000 in the Middle East.
Directed by Russell Vines, an all WA crew and post on the documentary included DOP Torstein Dyrting and Editor John Carozzi. First Light Digital’s Bruce Flint did the Visual Effects and MDS’s Tim Count & Keith Van Geyzel composed the music.

If you haven’t already seen this watch it. It’s a magnificent piece of work and a real testament to what our local production industry is capable of when given the opportunity.
