dentsu Western Australia and MiQ come together for their first state offsite camp

dentsu Western Australia and dentsu global partner, MiQ, teams joined together last week for their first state offsite camp. Over thirty members of the Perth based team came together for the Fire Tour: Jurien Bay/Cervantes, with team development sessions run by dentsu global partner, Client Relationship Consultancy’s Rebecca Maxwell.

Dentsu WA Managing Director, Jim Groves, said: “The objective of the offsite was to come together as a group and to collectively identify the mindset and behaviours we need to help us grow our business sustainably. Growth is our ambition, but not at the expense of our people. This group get-together and deep skills work forms an important part of that responsible growth process.”

The group hope to make this a permanent fixture in the agency calendar.
