Dennis exits Marketforce to become an &Partner

Bryan Dennis (far left) has left his position as Head of Art at Marketforce to join Dav Tabeshfar (near left) as a partner at &Partners.
Dennis, Tabeshfar and Project Manager, Sophie Brandsma (centre) will form the core team, supported by a roster of local and national consultants and freelancers.
It won’t be the first time Dennis and Tabeshfar have teamed-up. At 303 the duo worked on high-profile campaigns for HBF, Office of Road Safety, Royal Lifesaving, Gloria Jeans, Red Rock Deli and Red Rooster. They also partnered with the Breadbox Marketing team to create the recent ‘Todatoes’ campaign for WA Potatoes.
“Dav and I have been talking about building something together for a long time and the idea has evolved over the years,” said Dennis. “It started as a bit of a pipe-dream, way before we had the balls or the smarts to actually do it. Then we went off and did our own things and luckily both had the ‘If not now, when?’ moment at about the same time.”
Over the past 20 years Dennis has worked at The Brand Agency, 303 Perth and Sydney, M&C Saatchi Melbourne and Marketforce. In that time, he’s been recognised at D&AD, Cannes, One Show and Clio as well as picking up dozens of national and local awards.
“Having Bryan on board is a beautiful thing. He’s a prolific conceptual creative with immaculate craft skills, and he’s a fairly okay bloke too,” said Tabeshfar.

I just couldn’t get my eyes off that rose between the two thorns!
Total Team Awesome! Good luck guys
Two top guys. Although one makes cakes that are far too moist. And the other supports a crap cockney football team.
Congrats Bryan! Nice to see all three of you together. Best wishes to you all!
Both okay blokes. Two of the best I reckon. All the best guys.
It would be remiss of me not to congratulate both your &Partners – Gyamo & Danielle. Where would you two be without these Wonder Women? Congrats gents!
