Norrish new AdSchool representative in Perth

DanielleNorrish.JPGThe Communications Council (TCC) has appointed Danielle Norrish as the new AdSchool Representative in Perth.

Norrish has spent the past 22 years working for some of Australia’s largest advertising agencies including The Brand Agency, Mojo Australia and HDM Mattingly as well as internationally for J Walter Thompson, London.

Norrish’s dedication to the local industry extends beyond her agency commitments, contributing to local forums and providing support to AdSchool, Paper School and work experience program In Step.

In 2005, Norrish resigned her position as Production Director and localpartner, The Brand Agency to spend time raising her family. Since thenshe has raised two children, lectured for Ad School and Edith CowanUniversity as well as running a consultancy and providing managementservices to Adstream Australia and local IT company, XciteLogic.

Norrish starts with TCC in mid-April and she replaces the great KenPainter who sadly passed away in December after a short battle withcancer.  Her primary focus for the next few months will be the runningand development of AdSchool in Perth.  Later her role will then broadenout to the delivery of the full range of member services for localmember agencies, working closely with the Communications Council PerthCommittee.
