Curtin University wins prestigious 2013 Australian Marketing Institute WA award
Last Thursday night saw the annual gathering of some of WA’s most innovative marketers at a function held in the University of WA.
Over 40 representatives from some of Perth’s leading businesses and institutions enjoyed an entertaining night culminating in the presentation of the prestigious 2013 Australia Marketing Institute Award for Marketing Excellence.
State AMI President, Fred Meyer said, “The Australian Marketing Institute exists with the sole purpose of advancing the Marketing Profession. Recognition of Excellence in marketing practice is an important and relevant aspect of realising this purpose. Specifically in current times of change there is a need to deepen the understanding and the application of marketing, and communicate as such to the broader community on all levels. Research, professional development and best practice are the ingredients that come to life during the annual AMI Awards and demonstrate how far reaching a well thought out and creatively executed marketing exercise can be”.
The annual AMI Awards for Marketing Excellence is an important initiative by the Australian Marketing Institute, not only for the benefit of its members but also in support of its continuum to raise the bar of marketing and communications as a service to customers, organizations and community.

Well done Curtin and well done Brand, you did a great job.
Can someone explain to me again why Curtin moved their business?
Nice to see another Brand client, Bethanie also pick up awards. They seem to be everywhere at the moment.
Sad that Curtin moved but Brand have other clients.
