Cooch tells banks where to go on Gruen tonight

Cooch Creative will attempt to collect it’s third winner’s trophy when it appears on Gruen’s ‘The Pitch’ segment tonight. The fictitious client is WithdrawAll and the brief was “to convince Australians to withdraw all and abandon the banks.”

Cooch ECD Ron Samuel, who was flown across to present, said it was a good opportunity, given the topical nature of the subject.

“There’s been a lot of negative press about the major banks of late,” Samuel said. “So there are plenty of reasons to support the proposition. We looked at what the banks have been doing and how they were able to do it. In the end, it came down to showing what people could do to protect themselves from the bank’s bad behaviour.”

Gruen airs on the ABC tonight at 8.30pm.
