Hot on the heels of its Campaign Brief Best of Year Integrated Campaign award win, Brownes ‘A Natural Silence’ by Meerkats has made it as a Finalist in the TV & Cinema Advertising category at the International Food & Beverage (FAB) Awards.
Finalist guarantees a Silver Award, but the campaign is now in contention for a Gold or Grand Prix being announced on May 26 in London.
Matt Nankivell from Meerkats will be in London at that time and will be attending the awards on behalf of Brownes and the agency.

This spot/campaign should’ve at least been a finalist at the CB awards. And where was that UWA spot with the chick running? Yeah, the Rottofest spots are kinda funny, but with Rottofest being sponsored by Channel 10, did these winning spots actually run on any real paid media?
@Maxwell I think making UWA client of the year was a good political way to acknowledge Pursue Impossible. Marketforce aside, it hasn’t really been a vintage year for Perth, has it? Last year, everyone won something. Maybe the other agencies need to think about changing their creative formulas a bit?
Funny that some work picks up better overseas than here. Happens time and again.
And vice versa: does anyone think those Rotto spots would win outside WA?
#hmmm.
@Funny that
A little homework before you go typing your mouth off:
