BRAND TO BEAT THE PEAK
The Brand Agency has won Western Power’s ‘Beat the peak’ campaign for this summer. The campaign was tendered, with three agencies – Brand, Marketforce and incumbent 303 – pitching strategy and top-line creative options two weeks ago.
The campaign will run from January to April next year and is valued at around $0.5 million. It is the major campaign for the year from Western Power.
The Brand Agency’s Colin Mackay-Coghill said it was a good win for the agency coming on the back of Curtin University and the Department of Fisheries “Fish for the future’ campaign.
“We feel like we’re on a bit of a roll at the moment.”

So another loss for 303 but Western Power are all over the place. Didn’t they fire Brand to move to 303 and now they’re back?!?
yay brand.
$0.5 million. Right on!
$0.5 million? Is this win even worth a mention on the blog? It’s so out of place even ‘Sympathy Fuck’ hasn’t commented.
Where is the terse official comment from Sympathy Fuck on this thread?
11.45 & 12.38. You wankers must work in a large agency and obviously pitched for this project. Remember that next year Mr/Ms Water Corp. A half a million dollar project would do most of us very nicely.
I love how my name has changed. Though I certainly feel no sympathy here.
Water Corp, half a mill, another loss…whatevs.
You bunch of juniors! Look at what this is – a 2-3 month campaign with $500 grand behind it plus the satisfaction of pulling it out of the agency who took the account away from them. Thank you very much says Steve Harris!
There, there Sympathy Fuck. I would imagine this name is far more fitting.
