BBC’s digital media expert, Rosie Allimonos, joins the world’s leading screen and film producers at X|Media|Lab Perth next month
Internationally renowned creative producer and pioneer of BBC’s most successful digital content platforms, Rosie Allimonos (left), will join the top names in global media at the inaugural X|Media|Lab Perth, to be held at the new State Theatre from 15-17 April.
At the conference, themed Storytelling in a Digital Age, Allimonos will reveal how the creative industries can skyrocket audience engagement through immersive and interactive experiences, and produce media products with strong emotional appeal that also mange to cut-through to mass audiences.

Digital media and creative industry professionals will have three days of unparalleled access to Rosie Allimonos and other experts in film and new media, with outstanding networking opportunities at the full day X|Media|Lab conference, and two-day project mentorship sessions.
Peter Shiao, founder of the entertainment company Orb Media Group based in Los Angeles and Beijing, will share his insights into how the international film industry can bridge the gap with China and produce entertainment content suitable to these markets.
With experience in intriguing projects like the reality TV show, ‘Punks to Monks’, Shiao is considered a leading strategist and social entrepreneur committed to building networks between China and the US with multi-platform films and on-line games.
