Avivo picks Marketforce for digital transformation

After a competitive pitch process, Avivo, a leading not-for-profit home care services provider, has appointed Marketforce to deliver a digital transformation project in support of organisation-wide change initiatives.
The disability, aged care and mental health sectors in which Avivo operate are undergoing unprecedented reform. The way in which Avivo delivers services, communicates with staff and clients, and manages teams will be reviewed. The discovery and UX design will be led by Marketforce, working in partnership with Avivo and back-end development partners. Marketforce’s Strategy Director, Nicole Cikarela, will lead a significant insight discovery phase covering consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
Digital Creative Lead at Marketforce, Chris Andrawes (pictured), will manage UX ideation and design.
“The user research is key to creating informed design that is intuitive for every user,” said Andrawes. “Research is a foundational block that informs user journeys and fundamental UX design that is central to every piece of design and development work that we do. When the research is backed up by our iterative prototyping working model, we create some really powerful user experiences.”
The project will support a cultural change at Avivo, by using technology to enhance their business vision and purpose, which helps people to live the lives they choose with control over their support and services.
Paul Everingham, recently appointed Marketforce CEO said: “It is a pleasure to be working with Avivo. This win is tangible evidence of the digital expertise that resides within Marketforce. Change isn’t coming – it has already taken place!”
