AGDA WA’s Designers + Photographers Unite presentation at Studio Northbridge

Studio Northbridge was the venue last Thursday evening for an intimate presentation by three Perth photographers, who showed examples of working closely with designers to achieve great results.

Russell Barton explained how a level of trust had developed between him, designers Dash Digital and the UWA Business School over a ten-year working relationship, and presented images used in a range of marketing collateral recently produced for the School’s Executive Education Centre.

Angelita Bonetti presented a case study of the surprising technical challenges involved in shooting what seems a relatively cover for the IKEA Winter catalogue for 303Lowe.

And Matt Galligan showcased his beautiful images shot for UWA’s School of Music brochure, and paid tribute to Perth designers who so often have to fulfil multiple roles for a shoot.

The insights were illuminating and presentations were thoroughly enjoyed everyone in attendance.
