Adshel gets on the green

Adshel hosted agency clients for an afternoon of lawn bowls last Thursday. The day started with much trepidation early as the rain belted down, but the skies cleared for a beautiful afternoon of great bowls in Subiaco. With teams from various agencies, the end result was only settled by a single win and slim margins. Initiative, with team members Judi, Fraser, Dave and Shona, took the honours and top prize. The trophy is theirs for at least a year, should they choose to defend the title. Well done to everyone for making it a fantastic day, including team Ikon for finishing a very close second. The bowlers then partied into the night (and morning) at Pure Bar Subiaco as some drowned their sorrows, several celebrated victories and others planned their 2011 assault.
