303 MullenLowe unveils ‘World’s Cutest Commercial’ for Transperth’s latest campaign
Transperth and 303 MullenLowe Perth have created what has been dubbed ‘The World’s Cutest Commercial’ by Channel 7’s Sunrise team, with a cast of 6 pug puppies, 4 piglets, 20 baby chicks, 10 baby ducklings, 2 kittens, 20 guinea pigs, 20 rabbits and miniature sets.
303 MullenLowe and Sandbox Productions got together to assemble the young hopefuls, which then had to be carefully measured by the agency’s design team to create miniature replicas of Transperth’s buses and trains.
Strategically, the campaign shows a series of simple tips that everyone can follow to make their journey on a Transperth service better for themselves and other commuters – things so easy, even baby animals can do them.
Technically, the ‘ad’ is an online only video, and forms the heart of the campaign that includes social posts, online banners and transit posters.

Six animal handlers attended the shoot to ensure all the animals were well looked after.
And since the big day of shooting, the farm animals have gone on to live happy lives at Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm, while the pugs have gone on to private homes. The two kittens, both from cat rescue organisation March of the Moggies, are currently in foster care while they wait for their forever homes.
