250 young people exposed to the horrors of a road accident through a St John Ambulance experiential stunt via The Brand Agency
The Brand Agency has created an experiential event to promote St John Ambulance’s ‘clicktosave’ free first aid course to young drivers.
St John took over a Perth cinema on Thursday night and created a mass casualty scene to expose 250 young people to what it would be like to be involved in a sudden car crash.
The graphic simulation involved video, sound effects, fake blood and injuries to highlight the importance of knowing first aid after a crash. Fifty drama students were planted among their unsuspecting friends in the audience to play the role of the car crash victims.

Wow. That really was a car wreck.
I dunno. I think this might have definitely looked better on paper. But kudos for trying something new. The sound of the crash certainly scared the shit outa me if that’s any consolation.
