BRAND COORDINATOR – VOYAGER ESTATE
Voyager Estate is a second generation, small family-owned estate in Stevens Valley, Margaret River, Western Australia. Established in 1978, this year we are celebrating 40 years since the first vines were planted. Our philosophy is underpinned by a commitment to craft, place, sustainability and great wines, with a particular focus on world-class Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Our wines are 100% estate grown, made and bottled and benefit from the unique qualities of our place in Stevens Valley. We make every wine with a higher purpose in mind, to help establish Margaret River as one of the world’s greatest wine regions and experiences. We hope to place a talented Brand Coordinator or Manager (dependant on experience) within our Brand Team, who has enthusiasm and dedication to his or her craft and is excited about contributing their expertise to the future of Voyager Estate, and the other brands in our collection.
A rare opportunity has become available within one of WA’s leading luxury winery and hospitality brand portfolios for a talented Brand Coordinator or Manager (dependant on experience), to join our Brand Team and contribute to the future success of our business. We are looking for a Brand superstar with min. three years in-house or agency experience in a similar role to join our team and focus on cultivating the perception of Voyager Estate.
The Role
You will be an ambitious individual who has a way with words, a whizz with all things social & content, brimming with great ideas (with the nous to implement them), an exceptional taste level and a love for project management.
Working closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing, this dynamic role balances strategic agility with hands-on project administration, creative management & ideation, research, analysis, channel management and much more.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising, PR or brand management.
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing ideas and strategies.
- Integrated experience managing social, print, digital and content projects.
- Degree qualified – ideally in communications, marketing or business administration.
- Preferred:
- Experience managing projects for luxury and/or hospitality brands.
- Food & beverage marketing experience is not necessary but advantageous.
This role is suited to someone who is brand savvy with a strong passion for delivering aspirational customer experiences across an exciting brand portfolio spanning wine, hospitality and tourism. Passion for and an interest in these fields is essential.
