Capping off a big year of growth and change, Lush – The Content Agency has welcomed four new team members.

The additions rapidly expand Lush’s client services team, welcome a new motion designer and build on the agency’s distribution and amplification business.

The agency rebranded from Lush Digital Media earlier this year to reflect the changing focus of the growing business. Lush executive chairman, Glenn Bergsma, said that, on the back of the rebrand, and with an ever-expanding portfolio of clients, it had become necessary to grow the client services team.

Client services manager Adriana Robbins (2nd right) joined joined from Saatchi & Saatchi in March, followed in June by client solutions manager Wes Roe (far left), formerly of Intierra/SNL/Standard & Poor’s and HotCopper.

“Adriana and Wes are really passionate about helping create and deliver on a client’s vision – understanding their core business problems and offering them great content marketing solutions and good value,” Bergsma said. “It’s such an exciting time for us, and to have two such incredibly experienced customer services professionals join the team is a great boost for both our clients and for Lush itself.”

Lush has also welcomed a new face to the amplification and distribution side of the business, with SEO expert Bruce Chant (far right) joining the company in June.

“My approach to my work is to gain a clear understanding of what the client is trying to achieve and then develop a solution that will deliver that, along with a positive return on investment,” said Chant.

“Bruce has all the key digital skills our clients are looking for from us, and he has worked with some of Australia’s best-known businesses – including BONDS, Betts, Ford & Doonan and ENJO – so it’s fantastic to have him on board,” Bergsma said.

Lush was originally a video production business and that is still a core part of the company’s business. A second creative and motion graphics designer, Jacob Horan (2nd left) joined the team in June, taking the moving image department to nine people. Horan was previously freelancing and has a degree in film, cinema and video studies from Murdoch University.

“My love for design has been around for as long as I can remember and I’m privileged to be working in a friendly environment with a team of highly-skilled people, doing what I love,” said Horan.
