Richard Berney, 303 MullenLowe’s Executive Creative Director said “It’s a well-deserved, and exciting hire for us. Tommy at once confuses, entertains, and then solves. He is a true creative soul, and is surely one of the odd geniuses that you occasionally come across in this business.”

After recently being crowned Young Creative of the Year at the ADMA Awards, Melissa Hawkett has been promoted. She will shed her ‘junior wings’ and assume the role as a fully-fledged Art Director.

“Melissa is an insightful, creative person with perfect polish,” said Berney. “Couple that with a work ethic from a different era and it was no surprise at all to us that she was recognised nationally for her brilliance. Her promotion will be the first of many.”

“Medalia and Hawkett are in some ways a classic pair. They are utterly different, and wholly complimentary.”

Berney said these exciting moves were the first of several changes set to shake-up the 303 MullenLowe creative department in the new year.
