Tickets now on sale for The Skulls 2016 hosted by Lawrence Mooney @ PCEC Friday, November 11
A new venue and a new host on November 11 is set to make this year’s PADC Skulls 2016 Award Ceremony a huge night for the Perth industry.
This year’s award ceremony moves to the Perth Convention Centre and will be hosted by comedian Lawrence Mooney (pictured).
Mooney’s “brutal honesty” saw him win Best Show at both Melbourne and Sydney Comedy Festivals in 2015, as well as his regular national show on the Triple M radio network, and will serve him well as he tries to keep control on a notoriously tough audience.
This year the PADC took The Skulls judging overseas for the first time. Three specialist juries deliberated over two days in Auckland under the stewardship of Y&R NZ CD Tom Paine of ‘McWhopper’ fame.
“For many years the WA industry has compared and contrasted itself with NZ so it will be interesting to see how some of the best minds in the business there see the state of creativity here,” said Club President Mark Braddock, “By all reports the judging has been tough and diligent with the specialist jury structure rewarding, arguably, the widest breadth of work yet seen at the Awards. It’ll be a huge night.”
Early bird tickets are now on sale, so BOOK NOW for WA’s commercial communication’s most creative night and take advantage of the discount pricing.
The Skulls 2016 Friday November 11, 2016 from 6pm BelleVue Ballroom 2 Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre
