CatalinaBeach_BLOG.jpgFollowing a competitive tender process and creative pitch, Rare has been appointed to the 2,600-lot Catalina Estate, a public sector project developed by Tamala Park Regional Council (TPRC) and project managed by Satterley Property Group.

Rare MD, Callum Mackenzie, said he was thrilled to be working with the Satterley Property Group and TPRC.

“Catalina, like all Satterley estates, is a high quality development that will set new benchmarks in design, sustainability and presentation.”

Located in Perth’s highly competitive northern corridor, Catalina is divided into three precincts – Catalina Central, Catalina Grove and Catalina Beach – and sits across the adjoining suburbs of Mindarie and Clarkson.

“Over 700 lots have been created and titled since its launch in 2012,” Mackenzie said, “We’ll be working through the strategic and creative process over the next month or so in preparation to bring the next stage of the project to market in the early part of 2016.”
