Longtail launches CPR Hero interactive game for St John Ambulance at Perth Royal Show

CPR Hero_BLOG_2.jpgLongtail has built a brand new interactive game for St John Ambulance called CPR Hero. The game was originally designed to teach Perth Royal Show attendees how to perform CPR, whilst engaging young and old alike. Although the game was developed for the Royal Show, it was built to be easily adapted for transportation to remote regions, shopping centres and even an online experience, if needed.

The game pitted three players against one another, with each player attempting to perform perfectly timed chest compressions, to the beat of some carefully selected music on a full size CPR dummy. St John volunteers were on hand to teach people, who were waiting in line, the correct technique to pull off the perfect chest compression, which would make anyone a CPR hero.

“CPR Hero is a great example of brand activation and we’re very proud to be involved in such a worthwhile campaign,” said Longtail CEO Carlo Bertozzi.

CPR Hero was part of a larger First Aid Frenzy attraction developed and built by Longtail, working closely with St John Ambulance, to run throughout the Perth Royal Show. The attraction also featured a projection-mapping installation designed to teach show-goers a wider array of first aid procedures, and a photo booth that turned young attendees into First Aid Heroes with a personalised Hero ID card.
