Promotion for Aleesha Cox and Kate Stephens joins as BBAM steps up to meet all challenges

In recognition of her outstanding performance on major BBAM clients such as Steel Blue Boots, Aleesha Cox (near left) has been promoted to Senior Account Manager. And Kate Stephens (far left) has joined the agency in the role of Senior Account Manager to look after the full suite of Summit Homes Group accounts.

Managing Director Andy Bell said that he couldn’t be happier with the timing of this announcement.

“Coinciding with our win of the Guildford Grammar account, Aleesha’s promotion and Kate’s appointment is testament to the outstanding growth we’ve enjoyed over the past few years. It’s been a busy and exciting year at BBAM and we’re stepping up to meet the challenges ahead. For us, it’s always about being one step ahead. So we’ve bolstered our account service team in readiness for what promises to be another super year”.

With business partner John Booth, Bell hand-picked Cox and together they’ve overseen her professional development, moving through the ranks from Account Executive.

“Over the past five years, Aleesha has proven her ability to work at a senior level with our clients. She’s never afraid to ask questions and is always on the hunt for opportunity” said Bell. “At the same time, we welcome Kate Stephens into the fold with her background working on national advertising campaigns. Kate joins us from Melbourne where she primarily worked on the Australian Defence Force Recruiting account, bringing the experience required to manage such a large and diverse account as the Summit Homes Group”.

BBAM started work on the Summit New Homes account more than five years ago and has been progressively asked to work across the entire suite of SHG brands.

“With the Summit Homes Group presenting us with some exciting challenges, our Account Service team is meeting their needs with added confidence” said Bell.
