SENIOR DIGITAL EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT (MELBOURNE BASED) – PRECEDENT

We’re looking for the best, so as a minimum you’ll need:

• Extensive experience leading major projects, pitches and bids, acting as Project Director on key accounts;
• Several years’ experience delivering innovative strategy consulting and UX deliverables on key engagements;
• Strong commercial awareness and understand the value digital communications can bring to large, complex organisations;
• Extensive experience leading on client-facing UX research – stakeholder interviews, kick off meetings, user interviews and focus groups, planning and facilitating interviews, workshops and focus groups, with clients and end-users;
• To be fully conversant with journey mapping, IA, ui and prototyping with experience in a wide range of design methodologies;
