DIGITAL PRODUCER – STUDENT EDGE

Location: Sydney, NSW or Perth, WA

As Digital Producer you will be integral in ensuring our customer-facing communications are of the highest standard, and that content and communications are deployed in a timely manner.

Founded in Perth, we have expanded rapidly and are seeking a Digital Producer to join our team, based in our Sydney or Perth office. If you are passionate about young people and connecting organisations and brands with Australia’s youth, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and send HTML emails and surveys to our members
  • Work with databases to segment target recipients
  • Translate a brief to production team’s needs and specifications
  • Consult with stakeholders throughout the production process
  • Create, publish and update webpages as required
  • Create imagery for use across multiple channels including online, print and PowerPoint
  • Publish banners, skins and other ads on webpages

Requirements:

  • Solid working knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Indesign
  • Working experience with CMS, email tools (e.g. Mailchimp), survey tools (Survey Monkey), ad serving tools (Doubleclick) and databases (mainly Excel).
  • Tertiary qualifications in media or design-related discipline preferred
  • Proven track record in consistently delivering work of the highest quality in a timely manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong ability in managing stakeholders
  • Able to work with short turnarounds and cope under pressure.

Knowledge or experience in working with the following tools desirable:

  • Basecamp
  • Shortswitch
  • Confluence
  • Jira
  • Google Analytics

A passionate, ‘can-do’ attitude is a must!  Video editing skills will be an advantage.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – FUJI XEROX

The Account Executive  is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s relationship and service delivery to an established client portfolio. Our services range from digital high volume statement production and design through to unique archive and data solutions and an exciting variety of direct mail and EDM solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide quotation/ cost estimates and obtain client sign off
  • Co-ordinate with clients and ensure job specifications are prepared correctly and accurately for production
  • Manage all customer work utilising  internal systems to ensure SLA’s and contractual agreements are achieved
  • Manage stock inventories on behalf of clients
  • Be responsible for raising accurate invoices and manage timely payment

To be considered for this role you will enjoy working in a team environment and possess strong communication and customer relationship skills. You will demonstrate a strong focus on the importance of meeting (and/or exceeding) internal and external customer expectations. You will have excellent computer skills (MS Office), a positive attitude, and a pro-active approach to your work.

This is a busy and diverse role, the ability to prioritise and multitask in order to meet changing deadlines is essential.  Your attention to detail will be second to none.

Previous experience in Print or Advertising would be well regarded.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR – LONGTAIL COMMUNICATIONS

Longtail is looking for an experienced Account Director to join the team. Someone with demonstrated capability as a leader in building and delivering business and managing resources is essential. Responsible for the day to day direction of the account, they should understand the commercial realities of the business the client is in and spot opportunities to develop the agency’s role.

  • Deliver strong analysis, strategy and concepts for new business programs.

General Management:

  • Is familiar with, and supports achievement of the company’s vision and exemplifies the company’s values in day-to-day behaviour.
  • Manage people to maximise attainment of their career development as well as company objectives.
  • Lead or otherwise participate actively in team, staff and client meetings.

Must Haves:

  • Minimum of 5 years account management experience within the online environment.
  • Highly organised, with the flexibility to manage and prioritise numerous projects at one time.

An account manager maintains strong client relationships and takes responsibility for exceeding client expectations in all aspects of the communications program. You will manage the day to day account to make sure it’s on track both in terms of technical delivery and financial accuracy. You will have demonstrated experience in managing clients and internal projects independently, with senior management assistance provided as required.
