Tiffany Fettigg (far left) is joining Initiative as an Account Manager running a team of four. She joins from high-profile digital agency 360i in New York. Fettigg is a specialist in all social media channels and has worked on global brands including Symantec, Toyota and Pernod Ricard. She also has considerable experience with entertainment brands including NBC, Universal and Turner Broadcasting.

“Like many agency businesses in Perth, we recognise that we need a wide radar when looking for the most suitable talent for the agency and our clients,” said O’Keefe. “A professional with Tiffany’s experience and talent is almost impossible to find in the Perth market. We are always on the lookout for great talent in WA, but we also have a watchful eye on the Eastern states as well as international markets such as the US and UK.”

O’Keefe also announced that Emma Williamson (above right) has rejoined the agency as Communications Executive. She joined Initiative in 2013 to work on Murdoch University, the RAC and P&N Bank after beginning her career in creative account management. She was a Cannes Young Lions state winner in 2014 and she went on to represent WA at the national finals in Sydney.

Williamson later relocated to New York to work for start-up agency Ikon3, which was founded by former Ikon Australia CEO Gary Hardwick. Her account experience included PayPal, Honest Tea and USA Today. Back at Initiative Perth she will be working on both strategy and digital planning in a newly created role.
