Our growth has been exponential and we are now on the look out for someone special who can manage and provide solutions to Western Australia’s Advertising Agencies and Direct Clients across this powerful mix of online.

We are looking for someone preferably who has worked with Advertising Agencies in WA.  Min of 3 years experience is required. Known sales ability within the WA market is essential.

This is a very unique opportunity as you will be working at the very core of this rapidly expanding company – so the opportunities to grow into a senior management level and work strategically is available.

AMPLIFICATION & TRADING EXECUTIVE – IKON COMMUNICATIONS

As the Amplification & Trading Executive, you will be executing the client’s paid media investment nationally and all trade related reporting throughout the planning, buying and negotiation process. You will be optimising throughout the campaign to ensure accurate and cost effective delivery of campaign KPIs. We dynamically trade all campaigns, which means we know the market best. All our A&T Executives are empowered to make their own data led decisions, with the guidance of the A&T management team.

In this role, you will work very closely with the Amplification & Trading director and be our eyes and ears on the ground in Perth, autonomy and enthusiasm are key!

This position is based out of News Corp’s centrally located Perth office.

The purpose of this role will be to work closely with the Subscription and Marketing team to deliver best in class subscription and marketing strategy, tailored to capture local opportunities.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, with a dotted line the Subscriptions Manager, your primary focus will be to execute and deliver local acquisition and retention plans. You will support the Subscription Manager through your strong analytical ability, direct mail, campaign management skills, and ability to inform decision making through data insights. You will be comfortable extracting data from various systems, and building insightful reports in Microsoft Excel.

In addition, you will provide marketing administration support to the Marketing Director, and have the opportunity to contribute to the execution and development of local marketing and sponsorship activities.

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Proven experience in a similar marketing coordination role, ideally with an acquisitions and retentions focus
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing – Essential
• Excellent analytical and problems solving skills
• High levels of numeracy and experience managing and using financial customer data
• Campaign management experience
• Solid stakeholder and project management skills
• The ability to utilise insights to deliver tangible commercial outcomes
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to large audiences
• A positive attitude and a willingness to have fun
